This a Pandemic – it has been official for sometime. However, we have noticed that in recent times, there is no dearth of videos, audio and written content being shared/exchanged across the globe. Friends, family and colleagues are sharing a wealth of information through social media, instant messaging channels, et al. We would like to support your well-being during Covid-19.

We get it, we all have a need to know. The desire to know what is happening in the world, in our cities, in our communities and to our own bodies.

There is a shift in our lifestyle, what used to be a very active lifestyle is rendering itself into a sedentary lifestyle. Gym memberships are cancelled. We are trying to do some basic exercise within the confines of our homes/condos and apartments. Where we used to lead sedentary lifestyles, we are reaching new heights or lows.
